What are Combination Brows?

Combination eyebrows—also known as Combo Brows—refers to a semi-permanent method of shading the brow to perfect their shape, and adding hairstokes to create natural definition.
Typically we fill in sparse areas, and create a gradient effect with Microbladed hair strokes throughout to create a natural but full look.

What’s the difference between microblading and combination brows? Well, while microblading is hair strokes only, the combination brows technique also uses a machine to create micro-dots that create a powder-like, shaded brow to create a naturally fuller makeup effect, while keeping the brows natural with hair strokes towards the fronts - the perfect option if you want fuller, bolder brows with a natural touch.

I had combination brows done at Geobrow a couple of months ago and I can't stress enough how much I love them. I was a little apprehensive as I didn't want big, thick brows, but Georgia is so caring and passionate she put all my fears to rest and walked me through every single step of the process and reassured me we would be able to achieve the exact look I wanted – she wasn't wrong. Georgia is SO enthusiastic about her work and certainly doesn't make you feel like just another client – she's just as excited as you are about your brows..

Combination Brows aftercare: What to expect?

Your brows will go through differing stages during the healing process, and the true result is seen after your touch up appointment.
Opting for Combination brows means you won’t have to wake up early every morning to perfect your arches. Typically, your brows will take seven to 14 days to heal. During the first seven days, avoid getting your eyebrows wet—and yes, this includes while showering and washing your face. You should also avoid intense exercise, applying makeup, and spending prolonged time in the sun!

To help the healing process, you’ll need to apply the ointment provided by Geobrow in your aftercare package daily throughout the duration of your brows healing stages.

Your Combination Brow journey is made up of two appointments - your first (and main appointment), and a touch up appointment 6 weeks after for a finished result.

Keep in mind that when you have Combination brows done, you’ll receive detailed instructions on aftercare to make life easier.

How much do Combination Brows cost?

As with any beauty procedure, the cost is dependent on the area you live in, where you get your ombré powder brows done, and which professional you go to.
Typically this semi-permanent eyebrow shading method costs between £100 and £400 on average.

Our advice? Don’t make your decision of where to go entirely based on price. Make sure you’re going to a professional who knows exactly what they’re doing.

Here at Geobrow, the cost for Combination Brows is £275.00. This includes your touch up appointment and aftercare package.
