What is Microblading?

This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows.
Microblading is done by using a unique hand instrument with a small row of very fine needles that deposit pigment into the epidermis creating very natural, crisp, fine hair strokes.

Some people assume that Microblading is painful and therefore don’t consider it an option. In reality, Microblading would be best described as a scratching sensation that some people are fine with and others would consider minor discomfort. Luckily we can use numbing agents to make the process comfortable. The results are natural-looking, hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present.

The results of Microblading can last anywhere from 11 months to 24 months depending on your skin type. A colour boost is recommended to ensure your brows are always looking their best.

I am so pleased with the results of the Microblading by Georgia. From sparse uneven brows to beautifully shaped, fuller brows. Thank you so much.

Microblading aftercare: What to expect?

Opting for Microblading means you won’t have to wake up early every morning to perfect your arches.
Typically, your brows will take seven to 14 days to heal. During the first seven days, avoid getting your eyebrows wet—and yes, this includes while showering and washing your face. You should also avoid intense exercise, applying makeup, and spending prolonged time in the sun!

Your brows will go through differing stages during the healing process, and the true result is seen after your touch up appointment. To help the healing process, you’ll need to apply the ointment provided by Geobrow in your aftercare package daily throughout the duration of your brows healing stages.

Your Microblading journey is made up of two appointments - your first (and main appointment), and a touch up appointment 6 weeks after for a finished result. Keep in mind that when you have Microblading done, you’ll receive detailed instructions on aftercare to make life easier.

How much does Microblading cost?

As with any beauty procedure, the cost is dependent on the area you live in, where you get your microblading done, and which professional you go to.
That said, this semi-permanent makeup method costs between £100 and £400 on average.

One word of advice, don’t make your decision of where to go entirely based on price. Make sure you’re going to a professional who knows exactly what they’re doing.

Here at Geobrow, the cost for Microblading is £275.00. This includes your touch up appointment and aftercare package.
